RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please note that all our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect. In such cases the product will not be eligible for return or replacement.

However, your purchase is eligible for return or replacement when it meets the following conditions:

Return/Refund Eligibility Criteria:

1) If a product is damaged during transit.

2) If the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at care@bhramari.shop.

3) If the product received is completely different from what you ordered.

4) If the product you received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

In the above situations, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers. A complete refund or a coupon code equivalent to the returned product value will be shared for your future purchase.

1) Inform within 48 hours: Keep the product in original packaging with the tag intact. Share the name and image of the product with box and tag intact, please email us at care@bhramari.shop within 48 hours of delivery or call us at +91-9538233355. We will then review your return request and then the next step follows.

2) Self Return: We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 4-5 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.

3) Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

REFUND POLICY

Mode of Refund

  •  Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery. If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is received by us.
  • If we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of credit coupon of the same value.

Eligibility

  • All products sold under our website are eligible for return when they meet the Return/Refund Eligibility Criteria. 
  • Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. 
  • Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours  are not eligible for returns. 

Refund Time

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) order- A refund will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders. 
  • For Pre-paid orders- A credit of the paid amount, will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
