SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners who deliver to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time. 

How long does it take to get your purchase?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner detail is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the tracking number you have received on the e-mail for the expected date of delivery.

ORDER DELIVERY

What if I am not around when the order arrives?

Our delivery partners will try thrice, before it is shipped back to us. Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including PIN Code and a 10 Digit India Mobile Number. The mobile number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control. An  additional shipping charges will be applicable to be borne by the customer to reship the package.

Shipping within India:

We offer FREE Shipping for all prepaid orders within India. 

CASH ON DELIVERY CHARGES

Cash on Delivery is available for orders above ₹2000. A flat charge of ₹125 is applicable for orders under ₹2000.

You will receive a call from us on your registered phone number to confirm your order and verify the shipping address. Upon receiving order confirmation, it will be processed as per our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
